Job summary

Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center, operated by Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University, seeks a Full-time Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. You will perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment, conduct rounds, and execute requested repairs to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient campus.

Position pays $20.00 per hour with a $1 overnight differential, located at Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a similar job required.
• Ability to read and interpret property blueprints.
• Skilled with using hand, power and diagnostic tools.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment throughout the hotel.
• Performs duty rounds using daily checklists and reports issues.
• Identifies problems, initiates work orders, and completes repairs.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
• Manages inventory of tools used and participates in safety protocols.
• Supports maintenance requests for other trades as needed.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

BASICL FUNTION

• Status: Full-time
• Availability: 3rd shift - overnight
• Payrate: $20.00 + $1/hour overnight differential
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center

Essential Funtions

• Performs preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment throughout the hotel.
• Performs duty rounds by using daily checklists. Reports on and corrects noted problems.
• Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplished assigned work orders and does all necessary repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work space.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of tools in use.
• Work in a safe manner including proper use of PPE and following safety protocols.
• Responsible for correct use of maintenance request system. Training provided.
• Assist with maintenance requests for other trades, as needed.
