What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities with maintenance staff, contractors and external vendors.
• Order parts for planned jobs and equipment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available for the assigned task.

What You’ll Need

• Mechanical and/or electrical background required.
• Able to estimate labor hours, materials and visualize the job to be performed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business.
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to read blueprints.
