Salary

$75,000.00/hr - $110,000.00/hr

Job Details

This position requires an in-depth knowledge of industrial pipe fitting in a heavy industrial setting. Our jobs require the pipe fitter to understand how to install and test process piping ranging from 1/2" pipe to 36" pipe on a Water Treatment Facility. Pipe material can range from PVC, DIP, Steel, SST and or FRP. We do not support relocation costs or peridium.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the pipe-fitter /mechanical trade
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Able to create a safe working environment and understand OSHA regulations
• Ability to take off and communicate tool and material requirements to the supervisor
• Experience in carbon steel, copper (soldering, brazing) and PVC installations
• Experience setting mechanical equipment including Clarifier equipment, pumps
• Ability to set up and perform piping tests
• Must have reliable transportation to job site
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others
• Ability to identify potential issues during installation and elevate them to Foreman/Gen Foreman
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
