Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving.
• Team player who can also work solo.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Open to flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Equipment troubleshooting.
