BENTELER Group is seeking a Maintenance professional in Shreveport, LA. The role focuses on developing and implementing work procedures, supporting outages, 5S/Lean programs, and root cause analysis to improve processes.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with seamless pipe mill experience a big plus. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong safety awareness and the ability to drive results through people, technology and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Seamless Pipe Mill experience is a huge plus.
• Strong safety awareness and experience.
• Experience delivering results through people, technology and process.
• Welding in all positions with 7018, 6010, 308, 309, 316ss.
• Torch burning with Oxy/Acetylene and Natural gas.
• Rigging, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipefitting.
• Equipment removal/installation and in-house rebuilds.
• MS Office and SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing work procedures, PMs and LOTO.
• Participate in outages, down days and special projects.
• Support 5S and Lean manufacturing and CI activities.
• Contribute to root cause analysis meetings to fix issues.
• Engage in safety activities to meet goals and expectations.
• Help cultivate a professional culture and adhere to policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
