Job summary

Timken is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Maintainer to join our team. In this role you will troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems and repair machinery to reduce production downtime.

Strong mechanical and hydraulic experience, attention to safety and quality, and ability to work well in a team are essential. This position is full-time with Day Shift hours, 7 am-3 pm Mon-Fri and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and engineered drawings.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic breakdowns on process equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on process equipment.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, and replace faulty parts.
• Reassemble and test equipment for proper operation.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Document maintenance and complete reports.
