Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of mechanical maintenance projects across Distribution Facilities. You will ensure reliability through inspections, audits, and maintenance activities, with on-site and remote support for routine and emergency repairs.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in maintenance, strong knowledge of regulatory codes, project management experience, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in plant mechanical maintenance with diagnostics and repairs.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SAP CMMS for work orders and maintenance history.
• Ability to interpret API 510/570/653, ASME NBIC and related codes for planning and inspection.
• Project management experience coordinating maintenance or capital projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments and with vendors.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% and obtain travel documents; passport/temporary residence for Canada if needed.

• Plans, leads, and oversees mechanical maintenance projects and inspections across Distribution Facilities.
• Provides remote and on-site technical support for routine and emergency repairs.
• Leads cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
• Delivers on-site training for equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Drives safety initiatives and continuous improvement through predictive maintenance.
• Collaborates with vendors to develop maintenance plans and supervise contractor work.
