Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance planning or supervision, preferably in a wood products or heavy industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Reading mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment.
• Use CMMS to create, assign, and track work orders and equipment histories.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and follow-up needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations to prioritize activities with production schedules.
• Ensure parts and tools are available before scheduled maintenance.
