CITGO Petroleum Corporation, Lemont Refinery, seeks a Mechanical Planner to determine the scope of work, develop detailed plans, schedules, and procure resources for maintenance tasks on rotating equipment. Located on-site in Lemont, IL, the role supports efficient execution and asset reliability.

Expect responsibilities include creating weekly schedules, maintaining CMMS/SAP data, and contributing to the yearly maintenance budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related technical field plus refinery maintenance experience
• Associate degree in related technical field plus refinery maintenance experience
• High School diploma plus six years of related maintenance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in CMMS
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and related maintenance processes
• Understanding the impact of procurement, scheduling and field execution

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed job plans with tasks, estimates, crafts, material and tools for maintenance work
• Submit executable work for weekly/daily scheduling
• Create daily and 1–3 week look-ahead schedules with supervisors
• Maintain rotating equipment repair documentation and CMMS records
• Generate requisitions and bid requests for tools, materials and services
• Ensure cost-effective and timely completion of maintenance work
• Close work orders and initiate follow-up as needed
• Support yearly maintenance budget development
• Maintain equipment history and BOMs in SAP
• Backlog management and prioritization with requesting departments
