Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with 1 year of refinery maintenance experience, or an Associate with 2 years.
• High School diploma with 5 years of related maintenance experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience as a Step-Up Supervisor preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SAP and Maintenance Planning software.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Credential (TWIC).

Responsibilities

• Model safety-conscious behavior and audit fieldwork before a job begins. Perform pre-job reviews and safety huddles.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across the refinery to maximize equipment utilization and minimize expenses.
• Lead environmental compliance efforts and ensure proper waste handling.
• Provide leadership for profit improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
• Aid maintenance organization with turnaround support and resource coordination.
• Monitor budget compliance during Routine, Non-Routine, and shutdown activities.
