Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications and basic Windows environment.
Knowledge of Mechanical Systems and construction is beneficial.
Must pass background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support for Field Ops Manager.
Collect and manage manpower needs for projects.
Coordinate temporary labor and ensure training is complete.
Manage timekeeping platform and ADP Time & Attendance.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Mechanical Construction Department.
