Job summary

Jobtailor in New Orleans, LA is seeking a current student for a summer internship in mechanical engineering. You will apply academic knowledge to real construction projects, under mentorship from experienced engineers.

You will learn Revit drafting and modeling and gain exposure to HVAC and plumbing system design, with opportunities to contribute to engineering consulting projects.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing an ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August 2026.
• Familiarity with computer software including Revit and IES VE or the ability to learn.
