Qualifications

  • BS/MS Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience.
  • Experience developing test plans for mechanical and environmental stresses.
  • Experience with solid modeling tools (Pro/E/ SolidWorks) and FEA (ANSYS) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical testing and data analysis for new products.
  • Develop test sequences to assess long-term reliability of assemblies.
  • Create reports and presentations for internal and external customers.
  • Provide mechanical analysis support (tolerance, FEA, materials, failure analysis).
  • Design and fabricate test fixtures; coordinate with lab staff.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing during prototypes and pilots.
