Performance Contracting Group is hiring a Mechanical Insulation Trade Coordinator for its PCI Kansas City 567 operations in Lenexa, KS. You will lead field crews, drive branch strategy, and help implement training and safety standards across the team.

The role emphasizes coordination with the branch leadership and field leads, ensuring quality installations and effective communication with General Contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience running crews on commercial projects.
• Must possess Procore proficiency and strong safety awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with crews and general contractors.
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Proven multitasking, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch strategy discussions with branch leadership.
• Establish goals, measurables and accountabilities.
• Support PCI's safety program with emphasis on training crews.
• Attend Construction Department meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with branch Superintendent(s) to improve craft processes.
• Develop training plans tailored to individuals and competencies.
