Job summary

Dematic seeks a dedicated Mechanical Supervisor to lead installation quality across customer sites. The role requires extensive electromechanical troubleshooting experience and travels up to 100% to customer locations across the continental USA.

You will oversee safety audits, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure Dematic standards are met during installation and testing of material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is helpful.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and travel 100% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Maintain safety audits and on-site safety practices.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager or customer.
• Assist training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation processes.
• Write concise trip reports within required Dematic timelines.
