Job summary

Stratasys Direct Manufacturing seeks a Mechanical Inspector II to oversee inspections from raw materials through final product, ensuring adherence to quality standards, customer specs, and purchase orders. The role uses GD&T, CMM tools, and AS9102 methods in a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-11pm).

Strong documentation and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include creating NCRs, enforcing quality standards, and supporting ISO 9001/AS9100 initiatives while maintaining quality records and MRB

Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year of inspection experience.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work orders.
AS9102 FAI experience preferred.
Computer proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections per work instructions and PO requirements.
Document inspections and NCRs; ensure dispositions are completed.
Ensure compliance with AS9102 and quality standards throughout manufacturing.
Assist in maintaining quality records and supporting ISO 9001/AS9100 activities.
Support MRB actions and implement quality improvements.
Follow safety policies and Stratasys Behaviors.
