Job summary

Pulama Lanai is seeking a skilled technician responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration equipment across commercial facilities and residential properties.

The role reports to the Director of Facilities Maintenance and will, in time, supervise in-house HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians, collaborating with contractors and vendors to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing mechanical equipment, HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
• Strong adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsible for the Service, Repair, and Maintenance of all Pulama Lanai's Mechanical, HVAC & Refrigeration Equipment as it pertains to its Commercial Facilities, Residential Properties, and the greater Pulama Lanai Company and its Affiliate Companies.

Compensation:

$35.00 - $45.00/hour (non-exempt)

Reporting Relationship:

Reports To: Director of Faciltiies Maintenance

Supervises: In future, will supervise In-House HVAC Technicians, and Refrigeration Technicians.

Collaborates: With current and future In-House HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians, as well as Outside Contractors and Vendors.
