Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Trade Specialist I with a focus on Mechanical/HVAC. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining mechanical and HVAC systems in facilities and equipment, following blueprints and safety standards.

A high school diploma and apprenticeship training are required, with HVAC experience and CFC certification preferred. The position requires readiness for overtime, field work, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of maintenance trades with high-level mechanical/HVAC skills.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and formal apprenticeship training.
• HVAC base trade with CFC certification and 2+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/HVAC equipment and related subsystems.
• Install, service, and repair environmental-control systems per blueprints and specs.
• Work safely; comply with QA and security requirements; operate tools and test equipment.
