Job summary

Power Design is expanding into mechanical work and seeks a Mechanical HVAC Foreman to lead projects in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This role supports quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while travel to our St. Petersburg, Florida training facility is part of the package.

Relocation assistance is available. You will work with the project Superintendent, mentor crew, and use iPads and smartphones to drive timely, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders with tech affinity.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE; local codes and safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project Superintendent and trades.
• Manage material and manpower to ensure on-time, high-quality work.
• Enforce safety standards and utilize company-provided technology to exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate crew members on designated scope.
