About The Role

The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for delivering high standards of quality, safety, and productivity on all job sites. The role involves managing and completing new construction projects throughout Florida successfully.

What You'll Do

1. Supervise, evaluate, and motivate field project team members, promoting high quality and safety standards.
2. Plan, organize, and direct production of the contracted scope of work.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
4. Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
5. Ensure all installations are completed on time, meet quality and code standards, and exceed customer satisfaction.
6. Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project schedules.
7. Ensure work performed is within the contract and seek authorization for any additional work from the Project Superintendent.
8. Interpret contract drawings and specifications effectively.
9. Collaborate with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Trade Operations Manager to monitor and update schedules.
10. Adhere to AirSmith Pros’ standards of quality, safety, and best practices.

What You'll Need

1. At least 5 years of mechanical field supervisor experience managing crews and medium to large projects.
2. EPA Section 608 Certification.
3. NATE, LEED, and/or HVAC Excellence Certifications preferred.
4. Extensive knowledge of the National Electric Code.
5. Valid driver’s license.
6. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
7. Spanish skills are a plus.
8. Experience with Microsoft Office and Gmail.
9. Desire to exceed expectations.
