Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management or related field with 3+ years estimating experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage large workloads, multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lump sum bids, unit costs, and quantities for various projects.
• Consult with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to formulate estimates.
• Review plans, specifications, and risk issues to mitigate costs.
• Present estimating information and bid packages to clients and subcontractors.
• Develop estimating strategy and cost plans for proposals.
