• Build and maintain subcontractor relationships: prequalification, ITB, bid leveling

• Lead or support project pursuits, tailoring proposal strategy to each client's unique needs and expectations
• Take an active role in Capture Planning - focusing on Best Bid, Best Team, and Bid to Win strategies
• Build and maintain key subcontractor relationships, including prequalification, ITB processes, and bid leveling
• Partner with Client Executives and Account Managers to align proposals with client expectations
• Maintain and improve estimating tools and systems (HCSS, QuoteSoft, Building Connected)
• Mentor the estimating team on technical understanding - logistics, schedule, means and methods, crew structure, and cost of work
• Champion innovation in estimating technology and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Safety, Operations, Controls, and Business Development to deliver best-in-class, fully integrated estimates

What You Bring

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Extensive experience across all aspects of mechanical construction
• Experience with MCAA Weblem, QuoteSoft, HCSS, and Building Connected preferred
• Strong understanding of cost drivers and complex contract payment structures
• A track record of influencing at all levels of an organization and driving strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and a results-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams
