Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated technical competence across core curriculum: CAD modeling, dimensioning, drawings, math, physics, and technical writing.
• 2+ years in technical/manufacturing support roles (electronics manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, automation, hydraulics).
• Basic MS Office proficiency and ability to work in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background checks: satisfactory results.
• Negative drug test results.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of basic solutions per engineering procedures under supervision.
• Document prototype construction, build/test results, and maintain records.
• Assemble and deliver basic solutions and related components.
• Provide project estimates (labor, materials, schedule).
• Accurate time logging and recordkeeping.
• Follow SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing principles.
