Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in electronic technology or related field.
• Minimum two years of hands-on experience testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex electronic circuitry.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for board-level troubleshooting and in-depth analysis.
• Ability to identify root causes independently with minimal external guidance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyze failures in protective relay platforms with mixed-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and perform hardware-focused tests of embedded systems and power electronics.
• Communicate results to product line owners, manufacturing, and Quality via reports and meetings.
• Build engineering prototypes and document construction and records.
• Design and assemble test fixtures for product development.
