As a Manufacturing Test Engineer (Flying Probe and ICT)

A typical day will include the following:

• Evaluate new test technologies and methods.
• Determine Design for Test (DFT) specifications and coordinate with engineering staff on new product design.
• Design, develop, and maintain test strategies for new and existing products that meet corporate objectives.
• Train production testing staff in function, design, and maintenance of all testing processes on the production floor.
• Gather and analyze test data to improve test coverage and efficiencies.
• Follow SEL Values.
• Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
• Understand. Create. Simplify.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

The salary range for this position is between $79,400.00 and $124,000.00 annually. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job‑related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
