Job summary

Simon Roofing’s Mechanical Engineering Internship Programs provide meaningful experiences that will enhance your education. Interns will be based at our Struthers, Ohio location and it will be twenty (20) hours per week. This is a paid internship at $15.00 per hour.

The internship involves real-world projects to design, develop, and test mechanical/process systems. You will gain exposure to industry tools and software and collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations,

Qualifications

• Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering.
• CAD proficiency required.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in Application Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with subcontractors, clients & vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Hands-on mechanical experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
