Kimley-Horn in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking Mechanical Engineering students to join our team. This is not a remote position and you will work at the office, supporting a variety of HVAC and mechanical projects.

You will apply technical software, assist PMs, learn regulations, and collaborate across disciplines on projects such as airports, facilities, and universities. ABET-accredited degree candidates are encouraged to apply; rate offered is $30-$31 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• In the process of receiving an ABET accredited Mechanical Engineering Degree (Bachelors or Masters).

Aufgaben

• Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment.
• Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn’s and our client’s practices, procedures, and standards.
• Perform general mechanical engineering tasks supporting various project managers as required.
• Support our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing team specifically working on large scale HVAC design.
• Project type will vary but may include Airports, Facilities, Universities, and more.
