Kimley-Horn in Westlake, TX is seeking Mechanical Engineering students to join our office. This is not a remote position and provides hands-on experience in a collaborative, real-world environment.

You will utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients; solve complex problems; support HVAC design teams; and learn about federal, state, and local regulations.

Formación

• In the process of earning an ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters).
• Experience with technical software used for analysis and QC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company standards.
• Perform general mechanical engineering tasks supporting project managers as required.
• Support the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing team, especially on HVAC design.
• Project types include Airports, Facilities, Universities, and more.
