RTX is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Fall 2027 Co-op in East Hartford, CT, onsite at Pratt & Whitney. You will support CTS teams across several subsystems, assist with engine-related troubleshooting, AOGs, and field issue resolutions, and help develop technical data and manuals.

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the co‑op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the co‑op session.
• Minimum Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Responsabilités

• Support daily activities for the Troubleshooting, Components, Systems, Cold Section, Hot Section and Oil Systems teams in Customer Technical Services (CTS).
• Support the V2500 engine and CTS engineers through involvement in: Resolving in‑service events, overhaul findings, and MRO work‑stops.
• Assist operators with AOGs and coordinating resolution of field issues.
• Develop and update technical data and maintenance manual content, and guiding technical publications on hardware-related topics.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
