Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead test programs for repair technology development in lab and via subcontracts.
• Plan and execute work, and produce technical designs, instructions, and procedures.
• Develop and interpret specifications, drawings, and engineering standards.
• Plan tests, design experiments, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Draft, place, and manage subcontracted repair method development and demonstration contracts.
