An established industry player is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead critical testing processes in their Environmental Test Lab. This role involves managing environmental test equipment and ensuring the quality and efficiency of lab operations. You will be responsible for process improvement, troubleshooting, and developing training for technicians. Pay rate range - $80/hr. to $83/hr. on W2
4 Openings
Shifts: One of each assigned to Front Half Days (Su-W, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm), Front Half Nights (Su-W, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am), Back Half Days (W-Sa, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm), Back Half Nights (W-Sa, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am).
Must Have
Environmental Test experience with equipment (vibration, thermal, vacuum), automation tools (LabVIEW, Python).
REQUIRED SKILLS
Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Degree or Certification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, materials science, or related discipline.
Leadership Principles: Learn and Be Curious, Dive Deep, Clear Communication.
