Qualifications

3+ years in mechanical design of rotating equipment (compressors, HVAC/R, or similar).
Bachelor's or higher in mechanical, mechatronics, aerospace or aero-thermal engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design and integrate compressor systems for reliability and production readiness.
Run stress, thermal, vibration and fluid flow analyses to validate performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for manufacturability and cost targets.
Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, DFMEAs, and specifications for traceability.
Lead design reviews and mentor teammates to improve technical decisions.
