You will design tests, analyze aero-thermal data, and create performance maps, collaborating with a skilled R&D team to translate customer needs into robust solutions.

This role blends hands-on lab work with advanced simulation and CAD/CFD tools to influence next-generation cooling

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering required.
5+ years of experience in advanced fluid mechanics and centrifugal compressors design.
Experience with 1D meanline tools (e.g., COMPAL) and CFD software (CFX/NUMECA).
Strong CAD/CAE and aero-thermal analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead experimental and theoretical evaluation of centrifugal compressor performance to drive innovation and efficiency.
Develop and execute compressor performance test plans in laboratory environments.
Analyze aero-thermal test data, generate performance maps, and create technical reports.
Design and optimize new compressor products using CFD, CAD, and meanline analysis tools.
Identify opportunities to enhance testing capabilities and lab processes.
