Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• SolidWorks and 3D CAD design experience.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles.
• Experience creating detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical assemblies, structural components, and packaging solutions for semiconductor test equipment.
• Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
• Apply GD&T to ensure robust designs meeting performance and manufacturability requirements.
• Support new product development with ~70% on new design and 30% on validation and integration.
• Collaborate with electrical, systems, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Travel up to 10–20% to San Jose and other Teradyne locations.
