Motion Controls Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop mechanical fixtures, end-of-arm tooling, and assemblies for robotic systems.

You will leverage 3D CAD tools (Inventor, AutoCAD) to convert concepts into functional designs, working closely with project managers, electrical and controls engineers, and customers to deliver customized automation solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years in Machine/Equipment Design.
• Hands-on mechanical skills with hand and power tools.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design mechanical fixtures, stands, End of Arm Tools and dynamic assemblies.
• Create pneumatic schematics for system operation and control sequences.
• Collaborate with ME Co-ops, electrical, controls, and robotics engineers.
• Produce project BOMs and manuals; assist with vendor communications.
• Resolve design issues during system setup, debugging, and installation.
• Maintain organized work environment to maximize efficiency.
