Job summary

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of related experience, with lean manufacturing exposure, strong communication, and CAD proficiency with Creo/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or related) and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and team work.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; able to present ideas clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CAD experience with PTC Creo/AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement fabrication and assembly of prototype components.
• Interpret requirements and specifications for system components.
• Lead cross-functional project activities and change management.
• Coordinate technical projects and support global development.
• Ensure manufacturing documentation accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with suppliers/3rd parties and support manufacturing operations.
