Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Hanover, PA is hiring an Electrical Engineer to provide product support for electrical systems of elevator components. You will review design docs, manage manufacturing BOMs, and act as the technical liaison for the supply chain across the global network.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of electrical codes.

Qualifications

• Must have foundational electrical engineering knowledge.
• Agile Change Management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CSA/UL and electrical safety codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support for electrical systems of elevator components.
• Review design documentation and BOMs for manufacturing readiness.
• Serve as technical contact for Supply Chain and manufacturing teams.
• Communicate technical and business requirements clearly for design execution.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to troubleshoot issues.
• Plan fabrication and assembly of prototype components as needed.
