Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Hanover, PA. You will plan fabrication and assembly of prototypes, interpret specifications, and lead cross-functional projects to implement new products and changes.

Qualifications include a BS inMechanical/Industrial/Electro-Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of related experience. Proficiency in Creo/AutoCAD and CAD, Lean methods, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in mechanical/industrial/electro-mechanical engineering.
• 2–4 years of related experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement fabrication and assembly of prototype components.
• Interpret requirements and specifications for system components.
• Support global development and implementation as a technical resource.
• Lead cross-functional teams on projects and changes to product lines.
• Ensure manufacturing documentation accuracy and quality across plant and vendor base.
