Placements24 is assisting a client in Randburg to hire a Senior Industrial Process Engineer. The role focuses on leading the design, optimization, and deployment of advanced industrial processes and systems across the Gauteng region.

You will drive Six Sigma and lean initiatives, analyze complex operations, and develop robust documentation while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with R&D, production and QA to achieve high efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial process engineering.
• Expertise in Six Sigma and lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
• Experience with simulation software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of new industrial processes and systems.
