About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join their team in Welkom. This role involves managing the lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and commissioning. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of significant projects within the Free State region, working in a role that combines technical expertise with project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.


• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for electrical works.


• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.


• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, adhering to safety regulations.


• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements
