Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role or environment (e.g., internship).
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with SAP (any module).

Responsibilities

• Assist with production control, measurement, and planning.
• Develop task analysis, cost analyses and proposals for new/improved processes.
• Design parts and tooling to meet specs.
• Collaborate with line personnel to install and verify new parts and tooling.
• Re-engineer components to meet targets.
• Communicate with personnel to implement SOPs and resolve malfunctions.
• Model alternate processing methods to test new applications and improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing, training, and engineering for technical info.
