Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, 3–5 years in operational excellence, and the ability to read engineering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement.
  • Experience in plastic molding & assembly preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Working knowledge of ISO14001 and IATF standards as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize processes to match tooling, equipment and facility requirements.
  • Contribute to successful product launches and CI projects.
  • Lead Lean initiatives and implement Lean Manufacturing goals.
  • Facilitate training and workshops on operational excellence.
  • Evaluate continuous improvement activities and implement performance improvements.
  • Support data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
