Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field required.
3–5 years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement.
Experience in plastic molding & assembly preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of ISO14001 and IATF standards as applicable.

Responsibilities

Optimize processes to match tooling, equipment and facility requirements.
Contribute to successful product launches and CI projects.
Lead Lean initiatives and implement Lean Manufacturing goals.
Facilitate training and workshops on operational excellence.
Evaluate continuous improvement activities and implement performance improvements.
Support data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
