Responsibilities

• Develop and test machinery and equipment under direction of engineering and scientific staff.
• Select parts and tooling to meet customer specifications.
• Work with line personnel to ensure correct installation and functioning of new parts and tooling.
• Develop and model alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications.
• Prepare training materials and mentor staff on new equipment and procedures.
