Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston, TX seeks a Quality Manager with deep expertise in electronics manufacturing, PCBA assembly, and high‑end computing products. You will lead the NVIDIA quality interface, drive QPA actions, audits, CAPA, and supplier quality, ensuring customer commitments are met.

You will mentor QE/QA teams, implement ISO 9001/QMS processes, prevent escapes, and improve process controls across SMT, PCBA, and NPI-to-MP transitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years electronics manufacturing quality experience.
• 5+ years in a Quality Manager leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead NVIDIA liaison as primary quality interface; manage SQE communication, customer escalations, audit findings, and QPA actions.
• Maintain ISO 9001/QMS compliance, SOP/PPI control, document control, CAPA/8D, LPA, FAI, MRB, and change management.
• Oversee SMT, PCBA assembly, test, inspection, rework, packaging, and NPI-to-MP transition quality activities.
• Drive 8D/RCCA using 5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto, and DOE; establish containment and permanent corrective actions.
