Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team onsite at our client's world-class facility. You will develop mechanical components and systems for off-highway equipment, focusing on large and mid-sized frames and sheet metal design.

You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, create models and prints via Inventor, and apply GD&T while ensuring parts arrive where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience or hobbies.
• Ability to meet deadlines and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Create models and prints using model-based definition and GD&T.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders on scope, status, and changes.
• Work with sheet metal suppliers and fabrication to ensure parts are on schedule.
• Support builds and fittings on the factory floor as needed.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects.
