Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design modular TIAC plants, CHP, and district cooling systems up to production.

You will review specifications, perform mechanical calculations, and coordinate with clients, fabrication, and other disciplines to meet project requirements. The role emphasizes technical design, compliance with codes, and providing product support from concept through production.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical or chemical engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum of two years of experience in power plant or HVAC design.
• Familiar with selection and technical requirements of pumps, chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers.
• Familiar with local and international codes and standards.
• Familiar with design procedures and cooperation with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Undertake engineering and design work independently.
• Conform to company procedures, specifications, standards, and project addenda.
• Write, manufacture and test procedures and reports.
• Participate in project teams for modular plant development.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals.
