Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Math, or other related degree program from an ABET accredited college/university
• Knowledge of CAD and simulation tools
• Experience or classroom knowledge of analytical model development using MATLAB or Simulink
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail oriented with a commitment to a high level of customer service
• Must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and business professionals

Responsibilities

• Conducts multidisciplinary research
• Collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, testing and utilization of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
