Job summary

Nordson Corporation in Rhode Island is seeking a Mechanical Engineering intern to support product development through testing and data analysis. You will develop CAD models and detailed drawings, and design and build test fixtures, documenting design decisions and test results.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, has SolidWorks skills, and is comfortable working in an office and lab environment while learning through hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• SolidWorks 3D design and drafting skills.
• Exposure to mechanical design theories, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
