Raytheon’s Air Launched Effectors Department is currently searching for Technical Interns to work on a multi-disciplined team supporting the design and/or production support of Air Launched Effectors products and subsystems. Your responsibilities may include supporting concept development, detailed design, analysis, integration and test, support of transition to production efforts, factory production line support and product improvement. Additional duties may include root cause / corrective action and problem resolution at our on-site labs and factories or at various suppliers. Candidate will work closely with Integrated Product Team Leads/Program Managers to ensure that engineering requirements are defined, risks are managed, and schedules/budgets are met.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted. However, factors such as candidate flow and business necessity may require RTX to shorten or extend the application window.
