Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is seeking a new graduate for an Electrical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) role in our Richmond, VA office. You will design electrical systems, perform load calculations, and help ensure compliance with relevant codes as you gain PE eligibility.

You'll work under licensed engineers, collaborate across multiple disciplines, and develop your technical foundation to pursue professional licensure while benefiting from ESOP ownership and a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree required.
• FE Exam must be passed by start date.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical plans and designs for building projects.
• Perform load calculations and apply applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and drawings.
• Assist with field investigations and testing to understand installed systems.
